  • PC Windows 11. Every time I click the playback button, nothing moves. Sometimes, the entire thing freezes. I uninstalled Finale and reinstalled the latest version and the same thing happens. What can I do to fix it? Is there a way to reset all audio preferences?

One other piece of informarion: A while back, it started taking more than two minutes to load a Finale file when 'Speakers' was enabled. Then suddenly, a couple of weeks ago, the sound cursor stopped moving altogether when I hit Play.
