I will assume that you found the answer already: Export the bass line as MIDI, then import into the Boss DR880. 

If not, there are many tutorials and videos showing one how to import bass and drum MIDI files into the DR880. Not owning one of these machines, I have no idea which to recommend. Google is your friend—I searched for Boss DR880 MIDI Import.
