Sorry for the title...I couldn't really describe what it was about, but I am wondering how I can do this as I am transcribing music.  See Picture. Using latest Finale Version.

You have to do it backwards. Add an additional staff through the piece, and hide it where you don’t want it to show.

How would I go about adding I guess 3 staves to a normally 2 stave part?

There are a number of ways. I would go to the Score Manager, and in the Instrument List panel, choose Add Instrument...
