When I first got 2014 I was a little suspicious of the backwards compatibility so I continued using 2012 and 2010 on my iMac and put 2014 on the newer MacBook Pro. When through a move and didn't use Finale much but I've started up again using 2014 with the laptop. I've come to a point where the small screen is really bugging me and increasing screen size is causing crashes and freezing pointers.

I thought I'd try the iMac so I've downloaded 2014. There was some mention of having to register it . Are there limits as to how many copies you can have?

Full Finale allows you 2 authorizations per license, and you can de-authorize on one of the two computers and then authorize on another machine if you want to switch machines.

If you get a message saying you've used up your authorizations, log into your User Account. There is a Manage Authorizations button by each active license—self explanatory when you click on it.
