I just bought a new computer and am trying to install Finale on it. PC - Windows 10. I've downloaded the software, unzipped the installation file and now when I click on the "Finale Setup" app, I get an error message that says "Access is denied." I'm logged in as administrator, so I'm not sure why this is happening. (I'm usually a Mac guy, but learned Finale on PC, so that's why I'm PC for Finale."

It would be less trouble to use Finale on the Mac. It's (just about) identical on both platforms.

 

In any case, you should open a formal support ticket. Use the Submit a request link at the top of this page.

The key commands are different enough that I never bothered making the switch.

The only differences that I've noticed are in the Command / Option / Control buttons. But, whatever works for you...
