1) When I try to paste a measure to another staff, to see it, I have to double click to Scroll and back to Page View to see the paste where I put it!!!
2) When I try to slide a staff up or down using the Staff Tool, I cannot see the results until after I double click to Scroll and back to Page View!!!
3) When I try to change a layer I cannot see the results until after I double click to Scroll and back to Page View!!!
I don't know how to fix this. I used Maleware and there are no viruses...

Please include pertinent details in your posts, especially if you are a first time poster.
Software (Finale, PrintMusic, Notepad, &c.) and version (2012, 2014, v25…) are beneficial.
Also, details about your computer and operating system can expedite answers (perhaps OS X El Capitan Macbook Pro?).
Consider putting this in your signature line (bottom of your post) to save having to re-enter it each post.
A more helpful title to your posts (which you can change by pulling down the tiny cogwheel at the bottom right of your post) will help folks scanning the listing what your problem might be. Something like "Trouble copying from staff to staff" might be helpful.
In the meantime, you might benefit from reading about Staff Sets
There is also IIRC a JW Plug-in that makes this easier, but since the latest JW Plug-ins affect one of my VST instruments, I do not have them installed.
