Hello all, I have just download my CFX Concert Grand and when playing my keyboard certain notes will not sound on the first hit, this is random on any given note. I have also experienced when I load a Piano or Mic Perspective I will always get an Error with a list of "Not Found"  CFX_Samples/X/noped/.

I am using the CFX Concert Grand (Abbey Road Studios) with  MacOS High Sierra Version 10.13.3  with  Logic pro X 10.4.1 and The UA Apollo8 as my Audio Interface

I read that there was a glitch with Garritan plugins and MacOS High Sierra in one of the Blogs, but that was back in October of last year.

I was thinking of uninstalling and reinstalling, which I read worked for some.

I am a newbie with this kind of stuff and desperately want to learn. Any help would be immensely appreciated.

Hi,

I also run CFX Concert Grand (bought it just 3 weeks ago) on MacOS High Sierra Version 10.13.3  with  Logic pro X 10.4.1 but have no problem as you described above. Below is my OS infos:

Maybe you need to update the CFX,. Anyway here is CFX Concert Grand latest Mac Update

or maybe the Plogue and Aria engines??? Run Aria Player app, go to Settings and try to update: (click on Player Update/Engine Update)

Actually I'm using the last updates. Otherwise what Midi interface are you using?

Hope this helps

It sounds like you need to reinstall the CFX samples. I guess you downloaded the Lite version. Can you reinstall and then apply the CFX Concert Grand latest Mac Update ? Would that fix it ? Good Luck!
