I used band in a box auto harmonization in a big band piece with mixed meter and previously entered notes all shifted one beat to the left and all dotted notes became ties (dotted half-note became a half-note tied to a quarter). Is this a common glitch with this plug-in?

In any event, it set me back a week re-entering the notes.
