Hi all,

I'm encountering an issue in which every time I open the project everything is fine until I try to input notes and then as soon as I click on the staff to add a note, Finale crashes immediately. Any solutions / ideas / anyone else encountering this problem?

Your thread title says that you are using Finale v25.

Do you have the latest update (= 25.5)?

I have the same problem and I can't work at all: program crashes immediately when I try to use simple entry.

Finale 25.5 HP, i5-8400-64 bit, win 10 Home, 16GB RAM.

This is not typical behavior. Perhaps you should try contacting MM support directly using the "Submit a request" link at the top of this page.
