I have Finale hooked up to a MIDI 2x2 driven by a Korg Triton. I recently had to have a new computer installed my Finale 2012 When I play back a piece of music a random note will get hung up and will sustain throughout the rest of the playback. I have no issues with the instrument sounds or any other issue - these are working fine.
Any ideas?

You didn't say what (new) Operating System you are using. It might help us to know.
Who makes you MIDI interface?
What version of F 2012 do you have? (Are there not a, b, and c--and perhaps a d?) I remember some stuck notes in one of the older versions but do not recall which and I'm not sure the problem was playback rather than entry. (Whatever my problem was, MM solved it with an upgrade years ago.)
