When I create two parts from one that includes notes entered in layers, I have errors with stem direction, accent placement, and rest placement. I can not correct these in the original score or parts. Anyone know how to correct these errors? (Finale 29.5.0.259)

You can flip the stem direction manually to fix these, or if there's a lot of them, then highlight the file and from the clear selected items menu in the edit menu, choose only stem and beam alterations. Running that should put these back at the default setting.

 

Same thing with rests. Move them manually or use the plugin "note beam and rest ending/move rests".
