I wonder why you extract parts?

Finale has had linked parts since Finale 2007.

Can you not use linked parts?

Page attached text blocks will show up in all parts.

If you need the text to be measure attached, use the Expression Tool instead.

Just to add to Peter's response, if you use page attached text blocks and for example put a text block on page 10 of your score, that text block will show up on page 10 of your parts. But if your parts aren't 10 pages long, then the text block will not appear.

Regarding extracted parts and linked parts, personally I use extracted parts for most of my projects. I do a few scores each year where linked parts are used and they are very convenient those times, but for other projects I prefer and use extracted parts.
