Yes, VocalTAB can be done with Finale.

The attached graphic was done with Finale.

NB:

Some of the notational features are “not standard practice”.

1) The final tone’s tie connects the first and the last note.

In standard practice you would use two ties so that adjacent notes are tied together.

2) The rest notation uses the number 0 (zero).

In standard practice you would use the real rest symbol (as I have done in my attached graphic).

3) I recommend using Word Extensions (as I have done in my attached graphic).
