Since the issue here is the page formatting in the parts, there is no need to spend time in the dialog box Page Format for Score.

Just go directly to Page Format for Parts.

I am unable to duplicate this issue.

For me, the settings in Page Format for Parts are used when I click Generate Parts.

As a test, when you have generated parts, take a look at the linked parts:

Document menu > Edit Part > …

When you extract parts, the extracted parts are created by duplicating the linked parts.

Are you sure it is necessary to extract parts?

You can not use the linked parts instead?

When i  tried from edit parts in Document menu each part have the same problem like the extract parts, from second system to the last system the distance between system is not 0 like i type in Page format> parts from Document menu or from generate parts menu.The problem is the same Finale place another number for example 80 evpus, not 0 .

I do an extract parts to export each part separately because i dont' want finale link the parts and the score, many times after extract parts i adjust each part in different ways.So i can be sure the changes only affect this part. and i send by email each part to each musician to they practice at home.
