I registered the plugin and attempted to install it on my Windows 10 computer but I keep getting popups (mostly about IR files) that tell me certain files won't download because the source is defective or similar. I've tried ignoring (not recommended) and files keep getting stuck. Please help!

 

My firewall is turned off (I have no idea what that has to do with it but I thought I'd throw it out there).

Can anyone help me please? It's going on twenty four hours since my support ticket went in and I've heard nothing. I bought this plugin because I needed it. Yesterday.

I have a very similar or maybe the same problem. After collecting by myself the “CFX Concert Grand Piano package” from my local post office ( after almost a month from my purchase at amazon.mx SuperCompra ) I am trying to install “CFX Concert Grand” from the Thumbdrive included inside the Box. When I run the installer “CFX_Concert_Grand.exe” after I select the components to istall I get the message “An error occurred while trying to copy a file The source file is corrupted”

Did you resolved your problem ? and if so how you did it ?

Hi, after I posted 6 days ago, David Cusick responded me with a solution to my particular problem in lees than 30 mins :), I am already working with “Concert Grand CFX” installed in my DAW. Thanks David Cusick and MakeMusic for your fast response and solution.

Hi there, Hopefully David can help me. When trying to install the CFX grand, when i click the install icon in the flash drive it says "the set up files are corrupted please obtain a new copy". so i cant install it, which is annoying. Any help would be much appreciated, Thanks, Brendan.

Hi again, that problem is no more, but the above issue is now my problem, where it states files are corrupted, What now?

I have the same problem. I Have tested on two different computers (win10 and win7) and both says that "the files are corrupt" or it´s not possible to read from the source........

Hey Mats, I contacted the help team via the submit a request, they got back to me pretty quick with a download link. It sounds like your thumb drive is dodgy, like mine was. But the link sorts that out. Good luck

This message means that the media that you are using to install the CFX (whether this is a USB drive or a download) is broken. You can get a new download from the account that you have your CFX serial number registered to.

There's no problem here. I have the same problem with the lite version. Its download version. do you know where else could be a problem?
