Using Version 25 in Windows 10...
I have created a part from a score. The parts are 3 pages long on Octavo spacing for marching band. I have 4 staves on page 1, 5 on page 2, and 4 on page 4. Due to the layout of the part, it would be better if the middle page had 4 staves and the last page had 5. How do I move the staff from page 2 to page 3?
Page Layout Tool.
On Page 2, click in the last system, to select it (the system handle gets highlighted).
Page Layout menu > Insert Page Break
The command “Insert Page Break” means that the system get the attribute “Always Begin a New Page”.
You can delete a page break in a similar way.
