It was working well yesterday! BUT at first I had this identical problem, then it suddenly started working. Very frustrating.

Speedy Entry": "Use midi input" gives only rests. Unchecked, I get a single note (wherever the curser is.)

I did the MIDI-OX check, all is well.

The keyboard works fine in Sonar.

I can't test it with use Finale 2008 (still on the machine, though) because it seems to be locked up.

Sometimes I get the Start-then-crash, but not often.
