I have a piano arrangement with treble and bass clef and assigned chords.  How do I play back so that I only get the treble clef with added chords (no bass clef)?

Expand the Piano part in the Score Manager and Mute the left hand (bass clef) staff.

Of course you have not said what version of Finale you are using; I am guessing the one you are using has access to the Score Manager.
