How to turn off Transposed Instrument Entry with Speedy?

my version of Finale is 25.1

I am not sure I understand.

 

You should perhaps try

MIDI/Audio menu > Device Setup > Transpose MIDI On Input (de-select)

 

However, this will affect both Simple Entry and Speedy Entry.

Have you tried setting the Document > Display in Concert Pitch on or off depending on your desire?
