How  can I add new Bb clarinet staff? (finale 25 on Mac)

It was really easy on finale 2007(window), my former tool.

I'm sure it would be also easy or more easier on finale 25. but I can't find it..

Open the ScoreManager (⌘-K) and you will see the way!
