I'm writing to report a problem with Finale 25 (Windows):

1. I open a score and move through pages and - for example - I stop at page #10

2. then I open a second file (leaving the first open in the background) and work on it

3. when I come back to the first file, I found that it is not at page #10 but moved to a different page

This is really bothering when I work on a full score and already extracted parts all in the same time.

More details:

if you open first a score with multiple staff lines and then a file with a single staff line (whether it was extracted from the previous score or not) the problem occurs, but only if the score is in Page view and not in Scroll view.

If you open first a score (with multiple staff lines) and then a second score (with multiple staff lines) the problem does not occur. If you open two single staff files, the problem does not occur.

I hope MakeMusic will soon find a solution for this anomalous behavior.
