For some reason update v 26 Windows...adds staccato marks throughout the score. Even eights rests and some quarter rests have staccato marks attached.
Where did that come from and how can I get it to stop?
If I understand you correctly, you have created a new document in v26, and Finale adds staccato marks to all entries, right?
We need more info:
1) Do the staccato marks get added in any document?
2) Do the staccato marks get added when you enter notes into the measures? - or while you are working in another tool?
