You can do it yourself, “manually”, by positioning two systems next to each other.

To make this work you must go to the Page Layout menu:

Page Layout menu > Avoid Margin Collisions (de-select)

When “Avoid Margin Collisions” is de-selected, Finale allows negative numbers in the window Edit System Margins.

By setting the Distance Between Systems to a negative value you can move the system up.

Or … you can work faster, by letting a plug-in work for you:

Plug-ins menu > Measures > Create Coda System…
