Big problem.  Old computer crashed terminally.  Have bought new one and downloaded World Instruments and Personal Ortchestra 5 plus Aria player.  A very long process.  But now nothing works.  Whatever library I selec and whatever instrument

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Big problem.   Have replaced old computer which crashed with new one.  I have download Personal Orchestra 5 and World Instruments from the Garritan website plus Aria.    Nothing works.  No matter what library I select or what instrument  Aria will only play a distorted rumbling sound.  Any clues?   Operating an HP desktop with Windows 10.   Very tiresome as downloading the libraries is a very long process.

Did you drag the appropriate authorization keys onto the newly installed Aria player?

Yes I dragged the right keycards and activated both libraries.  When an instrument is selected in either thee correct pattern shows on the keyboard but the sound is the strange rumble every time.  I suspect it is a world instrument percussion which is rsponding to any setting.  Nothing for it I think but to uninstall the lot and try again from scrstch.  I wad hoping there might be some known issue with Windows 10 or the bundled sound card.
