 In Finale NotPad 2012, version 2012,r1 (Windows 7), in Tutorials > Tutorial 1: Getting Started > Using the Setup Wizard it's written:

"Launch NotePad and the Setup Wizard appears automatically. Or, you can also choose File > New. Now enter the basic score information. (Of course, you can always add or change anything you set in the Setup Wizard later.)"

Well, how can I add or change something in the Setup Wizard later? This window appears only when I open a new document. How can I open this window again?

I believe it’s a translation issue. You can make some changes in your score from what was set up in the Setup Wizard. Time signature, key signature, number of measures. You can’t go back to the Setup Wizard itself.

Yes, but can't I change the title? Can't I add a staff?

I would think that if you double-click on the title, it should select it and let you change it. 

if you need another staff, you will have to set up a new document, and copy your notes, over. I know you can’t add a staff in Notepad.
