Mac computer with El Capitan OS     Finale 25 
 
I re-installed the ARIA standalone app., and got the keycard again from the Make Music website -- and still I get the following message:
Aria Engine Activation window
"This card doesn't belong to any installed product:  Garritan Jazz and Big Band 3"
  How come everything worked fine when I did the same for the GPO 5 keycard, yet does not work for JBB3 keycard?
Very frustrating!

I've never had this experience. I guess the only thing I would do is to double check and make sure the keycard is not for a different library, that it is for JABB. If that doesn't work, I'd contact support using the "submit a request" link at the top of this page.
