When I extract parts from my score, the first and second endings are invisible in the parts, even though I've selected "Show on: All staves" in the Edit Ending window. I have not changed anything in the standard settings. Any suggestions how to fix this?

Have you checked the box under Items to display in the Staff Attributes window of each of  these staves ?

About the hooks, if they don't display, right-click the handle (see image) and select Edit Ending, then the appropriate option (usually a Score list).
