Trying to split a barline and add a double-bar before the chorus of a song (pickup to the chorus is on beat 4 and I want a double-bar between beats 3 and 4). Most of the time I have no problems doing this, but for some reason, whenever I try to do it, the double bar appears on the previous measure, not where I want it. When I change the measure number in the measure dialogue box, it automatically changes it back to the previous measure number. Using Finale 25 on a PC. Thanks!
