Windows 7, Finale 26

I have been working on and extended solo piano work and need to insert a "decresc" Expression (text, not the hairpin).

It is not in the Expression Box, but "cresc." is. In fact there are only about 12 expressions in that category.
I created the file with Finale v25 but am completing it in Finale 26.

Now, when I create a new document with "Setup Wizard" and use the default "Grand Staff," there are about 75 expression within that same category.

When I create a new expression and simply type "decresc." the results are hit and miss.

So, I guess my question is two-fold:
How do I get all of those new expression, and how do create a reliable "decresc." ?

The User Manual has some instruction, but when it come to playback, it states the following:

If you do want the mark to playback, click the Playback tab (see Expression Designer-Playback).
Note that Human Playback automatically recognizes and performs dynamic markings. Human Playback.

Well, clicking the "Playback tab" really doesn't seem to do anything in and of itself.,

Seems like I am missing something?
