I use Windows 10 and Finale 2014d.v5030.

I wanted to make a rolled chord -- i.e. to draw a vertical wavy line on the left side of a chord.

But, while trying to do so, by mistake, I have erased the 31st symbol in the Articulation Selection Dialogue Box.

Is there any way to restore the lost symbol?

File menu > Load Library…

You get a directory dialog box showing the folder with Finale libraries.

Choose the articulation library, and load it.

When you now go to the Articulation Selection, you will see that a lot of articulations have been added to the bottom of Articulation Selection.

Delete all the added articulations - except the articulation you need (= the rolled chord articulation).

Thank you, Peter. It was very kind of you to answer my question.

But I'm sorry I made such a fuss.

Actually, I've found that the 31st symbol had disappered just because I had chosen 'Create> Main..> Shape'.

When I chose 'Main..>Character', which I think is the default, the 31st symbol just re-appeared!!!!!
