Good evening community

I just purchased the Finale s Print music yesterday and everytime I start the application there is a message :

"Finale´s PrintMusic audio engine failed to load.Please restart Print Music"

So I restart but the message appears again.

Can somebody help me?...Do you have any clue?

I only can write the music but when I push the PLAY button to hear what I wrote...nothing happens..

Hopefully you have this resolved by now, either by finding the solution in other threads or by contacting MakeMusic Support through the Submit a request link at the top of the page.

 

If not, go to the Search box at the upper right of the page and enter audio windows. This will pull up many similar threads with solutions and support articles including this:

Being a Mac guy these days, I rarely respond to Windows specific issues but I saw this was unanswered. Hoping this helps or that you already solved it.
