You really have not given us enough information to understand what you are after (in notation terms). Are you talking about grace notes? Tuplets? A scale in sixteenth notes?

Please give us as much information as possible, including your version of Finale and your computer operating system and version.

It seems your question is, how can you create a sextuplet? The answer depends on what note entry method you're using.

The tutorial that Jeffrey linked to will explain it in detail. Enter the first sixteenth note, got to the tuplet definition window, specify 6 16ths in the space of 4 sixteenths, and enter the rest of the notes.
