My question was the same as Kathleen's 3 years ago: "How do I set up a no meter staff for Gregorian chant notation on Finale 2014?"

I have Finale Print Music 2014.5.24 on Mac OS X El Capitan 10.11.6.  I follow the suggestion for eliminating the time signature-- 'using the staff tool, go to the menu Staff > Edit Staff Attributes and then in the bottom right, uncheck "Time Signature" under "Items To Display."'  Only I don't find "Items to display" options in the "Edit Staff Attributes" box.

Then there is the suggestion to enter a new time signature of "100/4"-- but I don't find any place to enter a new time signature.

I'd like to re-do a chant from Hildegard von Bingen that our choir is doing from medieval notation to modern notation, just to make it easier to read.  But I find the Help Center help not very helpful!
