Make automatic orchestra

Hello sorry for my bad english. i have 2 problem. First, For example; i have 1 piano notes and i want to make it orchestration ( automatic adding lots of instruments) and make it big orchestra. How can i do this ? I did this 1-2 years ago accidently and i couldnt find again. That settings change my poor composition to rich composition ( 1 piano turn orchestra (sitar, guitar, woodwinds etc). Second problem is about band in a box auto harmonizing when i click plugin it says " No Harmonies will be available. Cannot find c:windows\system32\default.har. Thank you for help again sorry for my english.

What version of Finale do you have? It takes a difference.

I have Finale v26 and Finale 2011.

Ok. The Band-in-a-Box plugin is 32 bit only and not available in Finale 25 or 26. It should still be available to you in 2011.

Perhaps now that BIAB 2019 is 64 bit (Win has been released; Mac later this year). the plug-in might come back. I used it once only to score an infomercial (in 2003, I think). Got the commission on Wednesday; they needed the tracks on Thursday. That saved me a lot of time and I met the deadline.

The best (only?) way I know to use the BIAB plug in 26 is via MusicXML.

So export and open in 2011. Apply the plugin and save. You can now open the result directly in 26—no need to export again.

The free Dolet 7 plugin for Finale 2009–2014.5 enhances MusicXML for those versions. Although 2011 has xml functionality already, this makes it more compatible with 26 and adds .xmls.

Thank you for your response. Your response was very helpful for me.

I still have some questions but this isn't about plugin.

First of all, i used to do that following situation before, but now i cant. That's why, i want your support. When i notate a piano gamut, i want to orchestration it too (i mean, the program is automatically adding lots of instruments). In this way, the composition gets bigger and i can make it a big orchestra with this program's setting. Unfortunately, i cant use this option right now. Do you mind if i learn that how can i do this? Can you send me a tutorial or something that i can see how i can use this option or setting again. I dont know if i can meant myself clearly but i want your help. Thank you.
