You can use the Graphics Tool to insert a graphic on a Finale document page.

Open the Finale document (in Page View).

Go to the page where you need to place a graphic.

Graphics Tool.

Graphics menu > Place Graphic…

Finale displays a directory dialog box where you can navigate to the folder with the graphic, you need to place on the page.

Select the graphic, and click the button Open.

You return to the Finale document where the cursor now displays a special symbol, looking like an angle.

Click where you need the graphic.
