v. 25, Windows 10

Somehow, after trying to figure out how to insert repeats, I have disconnected the staff in the middle of the piece.  i have tried everything I can find to re-connect measure 35 to 36, but no luck.  In 'Measure Attributes', both measures show that they are 'normal'.  Tried many other things, no luck.
