I have used the CFX for nearly two years now with no problems.  Recently, the standalone version began drastically lowering the volume following a "pop" through the playback system.  The player then reloaded the samples and it would work normally until a sudden change in volume and/or damper pedal.  The same issue occurred again.  Thinking maybe there was a problem with just the player I then pulled up a single piano template in Logic that I have been using for recording.  Same sample setting, same issues.  All other instruments in both the player, Finale, and Logic work flawlessly.

Any ideas what is causing this?
