I'm running Finale 25 on an iMac with OS El Capitan.
The problem I keep running into is this prompt:
While attempting to access “EnigmaTemp1015650716” the File Manager reported an error.
Finale - Error occurred. ID = -2
What does this mean?
I can't save my file, and there's no volume in my playback.
Help!
It's a MacOS error saying that you don't have write privileges. There are many reasons why this can happen including that the file is not there because the volume went to sleep but without more information, I could fill a page without hitting on the right answer.
Do a search of this board for ID = -2 and you will see many threads with many causes and solutions. i just did and got
