Windows 10 finale 2014. Playback works until it plays a single bar the system does a subito p and then comes back up to normal again

Have you tried selecting that measure stack (or all measures) and using Clear Selected Items to clear any hidden MIDI data?

Yes I have. When I add a measure stack in a completely different part of the score and type in the same notes it does the same thing. It might be HP because When I add a crescendo to the measure the problem goes away.

Have you tried sending the Finale file (or the affected portion thereof) to MakeMusic Support via the "Submit a request" link above (assuming they will still accept a Finale 2014 file)?
