I would like to up grade, but I don't know the proper name for my original software. It It is telling me that it's 200.00 not 149.00 like advertised.
Who or what is telling you that your upgrade is 200.00? Your message is somewhat cryptic?
Am I correct that you cannot tell what software you own because you cannot open it?
Do you have a Finale Account? If so, you should be able to go to My Account and find out what software they have you registered for.
For future use, please give a more meaningful subject line for your message than just your name, which doesn't attract the attention of those who might be able to help you.
You have a MakeMusic or FinaleMusic account or you wouldn't be able to post here. Please tell us the name of the Finale product(s) and version you own. Do not post any of your serial numbers etc. We are also users and that info is not necessary to answer your questions best we can.
Also let us know your computer's operating system and version.
