Hey

I want a short cut for the Ø7 and O7 in the jazz font. I use J for a maj7 chord, but can't I find a solution for Ø7 and O7 .

I tried   "alt188" that didn't work. And if I make a metatool I am able to get the suffix but no root !

Any suggestion og help ?

Your post is a bit confusing.

Are you entering chord symbols via Manual Input (= with computer keyboard)?

You are not using a MIDI keyboard?

Are you sure you are using the Jazz font as chord suffix font?

- You are not using the JazzText font? - or the JazzCord font?

Are you sure you mean maj7 suffix? - You do not mean Δ7 suffix?

 

Anyway, you have not tried the “colon method” for entering suffixes?

I mean typing something like e. g.

E:60

or

E:67

Yes the Δ7

Yeah thank you , I can use the colon method , almost as fast as typing "J"  for a Δ7.
