I created a score that is approx. 12 pages long, 7 staves. The size of the score in page view and when I extract parts is almost triple the size after page 7. I've checked and I cannot find anything that would cause that to happen. I am on 2014.5.6359. Everything looks fine in Scroll view. Any immediate help would be appreciated, working against a midnight deadline.

The layout also looks wrong as far as margins and such.

Under the Document pulldown menu, you'll see Page format. Here will be settings for your score and your parts. Whenever you add measures/pages to your score, the new pages use the parameters found in page format.  This appears to be what you're seeing after page 7.

Under the page layout menu, you'll see Redefine Pages. If you choose that, your score will be reformatted using the parameters in page format. This sounds like it would make all your parts triple in size. You can enter new parameters in page format and then run redefine pages.

You could also go to page 6 in your file, using the page layout tools, apply the page reduction, page margins and system margins which exist on page 6, and apply those to page 7 and beyond.

Good luck.

And I’ll say again, as I do every time this comes up. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. Finale should continue with the same page layout as you have been using all along.

Another option is to set up your document with more measures than you need, if you are using the wizard.

I couldn't agree more, Mike . . . this makes absolutely no sense. I've never run into this before and I've been using for many years; just lucky I guess, up until now!
