Change page size maintaining the proportions

Hi, I have a problems. I wrote a long composition in A4. iI would like change to A4 in A3 but the images and the systems stay in A4 and I ask: Is possible change page size maintaining the same proportions of images and systems? And if this is possible, how? thank you so much.

P.s I utilize Windows system

Did you apply "Redefine Pages -> All Pages" (Page Layout tool) ?

But the page being bigger, the measures will be distributed differently, unless you also change the Page scaling in the Page Format window.

Your staves will then become (too ?) big in a comparable layout.
