I have a MacBook Pro with Finale 2016.  For the end of my piece, I cannot get the final bar line to appear.  It wants to end with double instead of final.  I know I've run into this before but just can't remember how to solve it.

Take a look in Document Options - Barlines

 

Is the option {Final Barline at End of Piece} selected or de-selected?

Hi Peter,

Thanks for your response.  It is selected (final barline at end of piece).

I went ahead and copied and pasted into another document that was behaving correctly.  Thanks anyway.  I realize there could be a gazillion reasons why it was misbehaving...!
