Windows 7 Pro, Finale 2020 (new) Yesterday, i exported the piano and bass viol parts from a score to a WAV file and imported them into Audacity.
Today, i exported the organ part from the same score as a WAV file without changing the tempo. But when imported into Audacity, the organ moved faster than the piano and bass. The 3 parts play together fine in Finale.
Any ideas?
When creating separate audio tracks, always leave the score intact and mute the staves which are not needed. Export the audio track which is not muted. Then repeat the process, this time mute the previous track which was audible and un-mute a different track.
Finale's HP looks at the whole score during playback. It needs to "see" the tracks which are muted, don't delete them. Make sense?
