while horizontal scrolling is very slow in page view (waiting cursor appears many times),

the scroll speed in scroll view is way too high and makes horizontal scrolling via shift mouse wheel or via touchpad gesture unusable.

my environment german Finale v25 64-Bit on Windows 10. No change in v26 demo version.
