It may help if you save the music to a PDF file on your own machine and then try to print from that.

The problem with many home office VPNs is that the home worker is often not the administrator. There are usually workarounds but they involve knowledge of your network, router, VPN, OS, printer... all things that we are not going to know.

If you have Admin privileges on any of this, you should be able to crack this nut. I recently changed my router and printing stopped working. I solved it by going to my printer's wifi and finding that it could see my iMac — problem solved temporarily. I then was able to talk with support from the router maker and alter the configuration so that the printer could find it — problem solved correctly.
