No Playback with Garritan Sounds

I installed the 'Jazz and Big Band 3' Garritan library into Finale v26 (Windows 10) using the steps from this link:

Afterwards, when I playback using the 'Garritan JABB 3' under 'Device' in the Score Manager tab, no sound is produced. If I switch device back to 'Smartmusic softsynth', the playback works fine. Any help on this would be appreciated.

Did you download the authorization "card" and drag the image onto your Aria Player?

Thanks for your answer. It's oddly started to work after I changed the sounds to Garritan instruments and then back to Garritan JABB 3.
