I just get back to this website and found my purchased Garritan Steinway not available anymore. Since my purchase only have digital version, wonder if it's available for download from official website. I know the software may not be supported after certain years, but it should still be available for download I think ,since what I purchased is a digital only version. I downloaded a cracked version but it's just ridiculous since I'm a legitimate user of the software.

I don't think you are going to get far with this I have learned our beloved Steinway may be gone forever. My computer died and although I get the Aria Player installed fine on the new one the sample manager was never updated to handle 64bit and therefore can't get the samples installed although I have the media and there current Aira supports 64bit. The professional version non download but packaged with serial number is what I have. No upgrade path to CFX is being offered either. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Yue Lee, I purchased the Garritan basic Steinway many years ago and I've been trying to find out how to still use it, because I like the sound and I have a number of recordings which use it and which I want to edit.
I find it unacceptable that quality products like this are just abandoned.
