Finale 2017 and Mac OS 10.15.5
The system will not let me deauthorize my past computers so I can put in the new one. I can't use a free trial, as it says it's already expired. Last time it took weeks to hear from someone, this is really urgent, and so frustrating that I can't get a timely response.
I've sent several requests for help. COVID has been going on for months, it didn't just start....why can't they hire more people to take requests; there is now no phone support!

The ability to remotely delete an authorization from this website is limited. If the authorized location you’re removing is still accessible, deauthorize the computer from within the application by selecting: Help > Deauthorize Finale...
